Eze SermonAssist AI is an AI-powered sermon writing studio developed and operated by Dwerksraphix Enterprise, owned by Ezekiel Kevin Annan, based in Ghana.
The app is available as an Android application on the Google Play Store and as a web application at app.ezesermonassist.com.

2. Information We Collect
We deliberately minimise data collection. The following table describes every category of information we handle:

3. How We Use Your Information
The limited information we handle is used solely for the following purposes:
- App personalisation: Your pastor's name is displayed within the app to personalise your experience.
- License activation & enforcement: Your license key and device ID are used to verify your subscription tier (PRO, ENTERPRISE, or PREMIUM) and to enforce the per-device limit associated with your plan.
- AI content generation: Text you enter as sermon prompts is sent to the Google Gemini AI API in order to generate sermon manuscripts, outlines, slide decks, devotionals, and other ministry content.
- Offline Bible access: Bible verse data is cached locally on your device so the Bible study feature works reliably without an internet connection.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the features of the app.
4. Google Gemini AI Processing
Eze SermonAssist AI uses Google Gemini AI (provided by Google LLC) to power all AI-generated content features including sermon manuscripts, theological audits, slide decks, devotionals, and Bible study content.
Please be aware of the following:
- Do not enter personally identifiable or sensitive information in sermon prompts that you would not want a third-party AI provider to process.
- We do not store your sermon prompts or the AI-generated responses on our own servers.
- Google may retain and process this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which can be found at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google's AI usage policies for API data can be reviewed at ai.google.dev/terms.
By using the AI features of Eze SermonAssist AI, you acknowledge and consent to the transmission of your input text to Google's API for the purpose of generating content.
5. Paystack Payments
License purchases for Eze SermonAssist AI are processed through Paystack on our website at www.ezesermonassist.com.
Paystack is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. All payment card details (card numbers, expiry dates, CVV codes) are entered directly into Paystack's secure payment form and are processed entirely on Paystack's servers. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details.
Upon successful payment, Paystack communicates the transaction status to us and we issue a license key to you. The only payment-related information we retain is a record that a valid purchase was made, associated with no personal identifier beyond the license key itself.

6. Device ID & Local Storage
When you first activate Eze SermonAssist AI, the app generates a random Device ID — a UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) such as a3f7e291-04bc-48d1-b9c2-....
- This Device ID is created randomly and is not linked to your name, email, phone number, hardware serial, Google account, or any real-world identity.
- It is stored locally on your device and is used to enforce the per-device limit of your license plan (e.g., PRO plans allow 1 device, ENTERPRISE allows 3 devices).
- The Device ID is not transmitted to our servers in normal app operation.
- All other app preferences and settings (such as your pastor name) are likewise stored locally on your device using the browser's
localStorageor the Capacitor equivalent on Android.
7. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We share data only in the specific, limited circumstances described below:
- Google LLC (Gemini AI): Sermon prompt text is sent to Google's Gemini AI API for the purpose of generating content. See Section 4 for full details.
- Paystack: Payment details entered at checkout on our website are processed by Paystack. See Section 5 for full details.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request in Ghana or internationally.
- Business transfer: If Dwerksraphix Enterprise is acquired, merged, or undergoes a significant asset transfer, user data (if any is held) may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any material change to data ownership.
We do not integrate any advertising networks, social media SDKs, analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics), or behavioural tracking tools within the application.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Because nearly all data is stored locally on your device, you have direct control over it at all times:
- Local device data (pastor name, license key, Device ID, cached Bible data): Retained on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. No action is required on our end.
- Sermon prompts & AI responses: We do not store these. Google's data retention policies apply to any data processed through their API — see Google's privacy documentation for details.
- Payment records: Paystack retains payment transaction records in accordance with their own data retention policies and applicable financial regulations.
- License purchase records: We retain a minimal record of valid license key issuances (without personal identifiers) for the duration that the license is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to assist with support requests.
To request deletion of any data we may hold associated with your license key, please contact us at support@ezesermonassist.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information involved in operating Eze SermonAssist AI. These measures include:
- All communications between the app and the Google Gemini AI API are encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS.
- Payment processing is entirely handled by Paystack, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance and industry-standard encryption.
- We do not operate a centralised user database containing personal information, which means there is no such database to breach.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have concerns about a potential security issue, please contact us immediately at support@ezesermonassist.com.
10. Children's Privacy
Eze SermonAssist AI is a professional productivity tool designed for pastors, ministers, and ministry leaders. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.
If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use this application or provide any information through it.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take prompt steps to delete that information. If you believe we may have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at support@ezesermonassist.com.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Because we store virtually all data locally on your device and do not maintain a centralised personal database, many of these rights are exercisable directly by you:
- Access & portability: All data we process is either on your device (directly accessible to you) or processed transiently through third-party APIs.
- Correction: You can update your pastor name at any time within the app settings.
- Deletion: Clear your app data on your device to delete all locally stored information. For any data held on our end, submit a deletion request to support@ezesermonassist.com.
- Objection or restriction: You may discontinue using the AI features at any time to prevent further data being sent to Google's API.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom may have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. Users in California may have rights under the CCPA. Users in Ghana are protected by the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We are committed to honouring applicable rights regardless of your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the app's features, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Post a notice within the app or on our website at www.ezesermonassist.com for at least 30 days before significant changes take effect.
Your continued use of Eze SermonAssist AI after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
