Eze SermonAssist AI is an AI-powered sermon writing studio developed and operated by Dwerksraphix Enterprise, owned by Ezekiel Kevin Annan, based in Ghana.

The app is available as an Android application (downloaded from www.ezesermonassist.com) and as a web application at app.ezesermonassist.com.

We keep data collection small. The table lists every category of information involved and where it goes:

We use the information above only for these purposes:

• License activation & enforcement: Your license key, device ID and optional name let us confirm your plan and apply its device limit.
• Delivering your purchase & support: Your email and name are used to send your license key, confirm your purchase and answer support requests.
• AI content generation: Text you submit is processed to generate manuscripts, outlines, slide decks, devotionals and other ministry content (section 4).
• Security & abuse prevention: Short-lived records help us protect the service and your license from misuse.
• Personalisation & offline Bible access: Your name is shown in the app, and Bible text is cached on your device so Bible study works offline.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or sale to others.

Three outside providers help generate content. Each receives only what is needed for the feature you use. Your requests are sent to our server first, which forwards them; our server does not keep your prompts or the results.

• Anthropic (Claude) — text and documents. Topics, scriptures, notes, drafts and any documents or images you choose to analyse are processed by Anthropic to write the content. Under Anthropic's published API terms, inputs and outputs are deleted from its systems within 30 days by default and are not used to train its models without permission; Anthropic may keep data longer where the law requires it or to enforce its usage policy (content flagged as violating that policy can be kept for up to two years). • Pexels — stock photos. A short search phrase derived from your slide title or topic is sent to Pexels, and the chosen photo is then downloaded straight from Pexels' servers to your device (so Pexels can see your IP address). Photos in exported slides carry a credit to the photographer and Pexels. See Pexels' terms.

You can turn off images when you export a deck. By using the AI features you consent to this processing. If you stop using them, no further data is sent.

License purchases are processed by Paystack on our website at www.ezesermonassist.com.

Card details are entered directly into Paystack's payment form and are processed on Paystack's servers. We never see, store or have access to your full card details.

When a payment succeeds, Paystack sends us your name, email address, the transaction reference and the amount. We keep these in our sales records to issue and email your license key, to help you if something goes wrong, and to meet accounting and legal obligations.

When you first open the app it creates a random Device ID (for example a3f7e291-04bc-...).

• The Device ID is not linked to your name, email, phone number, hardware serial, Google account or any real-world identity.
• It is sent to our server when you activate and when the app checks your license, so we can apply your plan's device limit.
• Your sermons, series, notes, media history and Bible highlights are stored only on your device (in the browser's storage on the web app). We do not have copies.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share data only as described here:

• Anthropic and Pexels: the AI and photo providers described in section 4.
• Paystack: processes your payment (section 5).
• Our hosting and email provider: our servers, license records and the email that carries your license key are handled by our hosting provider on our behalf.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request in Ghana or elsewhere.
• Business transfer: if Dwerksraphix Enterprise is acquired, merged or sells substantially all its assets, the records we hold may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will notify users of any material change.

The app contains no advertising networks, social-media SDKs, analytics platforms or behavioural tracking tools. Fonts are hosted by us, so opening the app does not contact any font service. Some template preview pictures may be loaded from a public image service (Unsplash), which can see your IP address when they load.

• On your device (sermons, notes, media history, highlights, cached Bible text, license credential, Device ID): kept until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
• License records (license key, Device ID, optional name, activation time): kept while your license is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to help with support and to prevent fraud.
• Sales records (name, email, transaction reference, amount): kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes and for support.
• Security & usage records (technical data such as IP address and timestamps): deleted automatically after a short period.
• Prompts & AI results: not stored by us. Each provider keeps data according to its own terms (section 4).
• Payment card data: held by Paystack under its own policies; we never have it.

To ask us to delete data associated with your license or purchase, email support@ezesermonassist.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will respond within 30 days. Deleting a license record may end your ability to use that license.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information involved in running Eze SermonAssist AI, including:

• Encrypting communication between the app, our servers and our providers in transit.
• Restricting access to our systems to authorised people.
• Keeping personal data to a minimum and deleting short-term security records automatically.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us privately at support@ezesermonassist.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing details publicly.

Eze SermonAssist AI is a professional productivity tool designed for pastors, ministers, and ministry leaders. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use this application or provide any information through it.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take prompt steps to delete that information. If you believe we may have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at support@ezesermonassist.com.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Most of your content lives only on your device, so you can access and delete it directly; for the small amount of data we hold, you can contact us:

• Access & portability: Your content is on your device, and you can export it with Settings → Backup & Restore. For the license and purchase records we hold about you, email us and we will provide a copy.
• Correction: You can update your name in the app, and you can ask us to correct your license or purchase records.
• Deletion: Clear your app data on your device to delete all locally stored information. For any data held on our end, submit a deletion request to support@ezesermonassist.com.
• Objection or restriction: You may discontinue using the AI features at any time to prevent further data being sent to Anthropic or Pexels.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom may have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. Users in California may have rights under the CCPA. Users in Ghana are protected by the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We are committed to honouring applicable rights regardless of your jurisdiction.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the app's features, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post a notice within the app or on our website at www.ezesermonassist.com for at least 30 days before significant changes take effect.

Your continued use of Eze SermonAssist AI after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
